We are proud to collaborate with Audrey Cheng, Founder of the literacy & mentorship initiative: “Read & Lead”, a student-led program dedicated to advancing literacy among underserved youth through the power of peer mentorship.

Audrey, a gifted Sixth Form student at Westminster School in London, created and leads this initiative with remarkable vision and compassion. The program pairs older student mentors with younger children, providing structured reading sessions aimed at strengthening literacy skills, enhancing reading comprehension, and cultivating a lifelong love of reading.
Inspired by academic research on how economic inequality and climate-related challenges affect educational outcomes, Read & Lead directly tackles these issues by fostering community engagement and educational support. Audrey and her team conduct both online and onsite sessions with our children, offering consistent, interactive learning opportunities tailored to individual needs.

Beyond academic support, the program nurtures meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that help build self-confidence, emotional resilience, and leadership qualities. The initiative has been warmly embraced by our children, who benefit not only from improved literacy but also from the encouragement and connection that mentorship brings.
We are deeply grateful for Audrey’s leadership and the positive impact Read & Lead continues to make in the lives of our young children.
